DJ ROCKIN' RODNEY MACK'S
11TH ANNUAL WHITE PARTY WEEKEND!
The Adoba Hotel ~ June 11th - 15th
Dearborn, MI.

Ms. Beverly’s Memories!
Warm greetings to all!
The week of June 10th through 12th, several dancers, DJs and myself from the lovely state of Texas traveled to the Detroit area to attend the DJ Rockin' Rodney Mack 11th Annual 'White Party' held at The Adoba Hotel in Dearborn, Michigan.
We had a fabulous time with DJ Rockin Rodney Mack and his Rod Angels. His annual White Party drew dancers from every walk of life from around this nation, and one even came from South Africa.
In my own humble opinion, this was more than just an average Steppin/Dance event. I could tell that Mr. Rodney Mack, his team leaders and coordinators worked very hard to put together an enjoyable four-day extravaganza with seven dance parties, workshops and a Farewell steppers picnic that would bring many of our dance communities from across our nation even closer together, once they all had attended this affair.
A well-deserved standing ovation to DJ Rockin' Rodney Mack and his Rod Angels for a job well done!
Special thanks, to businessman Mr. Al Ebo for purchasing our tickets in advance for fourteen beautiful Independent Black Women traveling from the state of Texas, and being there from start to finish, ensuring our trip to Detroit was very memorable.
Much respect to, and it was with great pleasure to meet, Mr. Drew "The Phenom" Alexander, his mother Mrs. Nora Alexander, Ms. Ann Hunter, Mr. Bobby Green, Mr. Terry Grasty, Mr. Frank Silky Slim Westley with The Big Hat Gentlemen, Mr. Jeff Clark the founder of I Love Steppin' and to all the wonderful Michigan dancers who attended all the sets, and took the time to welcome us to their city.
Special acknowledgments to: It was great seeing once again Mr. L.C. Henderson, Mr. Stephen “Snoop” King, Mr. Larry Collins co-founder of The Steady Steppers, Ms. Simmy Washington w/Virginia Beach Steppers, Ms. Crystal w/Majestic Gents, Ms. Angie Faine of Phoenix, AZ, Ms. Ohio, Mr. Kevin Collins co-founder of Dancefusion USA, and DJ Chillnite - 50 yrs from Chicago, IL., and others.
Best,
